Matthew Kluttz

Growing up in Salisbury, North Carolina, Matthew learned to bake from his parents and grandmother. He received his undergraduate education from the university of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After a few years in real estate, he decided to make a career change. With a passion for baking, he returned to school to earn an associate’s degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. He comes to The Palisades from The Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill and is excited to live in and explore the mountains of Virginia.
